Da Paolo Restaurant is a popular venue for parties and we ask you to read the following terms and conditions to avoid disappointment.
A deposit of £5,00 per person is required for parties of 7 people or more to secure your booking. Should you wish to cancel, we kindly request that you send us written notification to be received no later than 48 hours before the booked time. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit. Notification may be sent by fax to 0207 5809055 or by email to info@dapaolo.co.uk and the manager on duty will be notified immediately.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Should more than half of your party cancel, please notify us within 48 hours and we shall refund the deposit paid for each member of your party who cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in no refund being made and the original deposit shall be deducted from the final bill. If the size of your party increases, we do not require an additional deposit.
Reservation for the PRIVATE ROOM must be made one month in advance. For groups of 26 to 35, we guarantee that you will be the only group using the room, however for bookings of 25 people or less we reserve the right to use the remaining tables, but only if absolutely necessary.
Please ensure that all members of your party arrive promptly. Should you arrive more than 45 minutes later than the booked time, unless you have notified us by telephone, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this case, your deposit shall not be refunded. |
